All membership is individual and is open to licensed brokers, agents or certified appraisers. (If your license is affiliated with a sponsoring broker, your broker must first be a member of GCCMLS for you to be eligible to join). PRO Membership fees are $150 initial and $80/Month per user with no contract period. Brokers will also pay a $30/month office fee.
