Overview / Comments
Rare opportunity to purchase .7 acres of Gulf Front land located along the Gulf of Mexico in Perdido Key. The land is zoned CCPK, Commercial Core and would be the ideal location for a residential home or Multi-family project. The property would also be a candidate for assemblage with adjoining parcels so that economies could be obtained for a larger and more profitable type of development. There is highly desirable waterfront amenity to the land with good access via a paved, public roadway. The property is proximate to very popular resort destinations and benefits greatly from the presence of adjacent public utilities. The property has a beautiful white sand beach and direct shoreline along the Gulf of Mexico. There currently is a boarded up single-family dwelling on the site.
