Also, new County boat ramps & park now completed on the waterway at the toll bridge. A new sewer line is being run on the east side of the Expressway across from this parcel, which was under contract for $5,00,000 BEFORE the start of the "Great Recession" and was going to be a development of Mixed use (high density residential and commercial).
MORE INFO: Over 1200 ft frontage on the Expressway and there's a 30' ROW road that runs east-west along the north of the property that runs from Roscoe Rd east to almost Long Bayou and crosses the Expressway! That's why there's a median cut in the Expressway there.
It's less than 1 mile north from the toll bridge. The same owner (me) also owns about 111 acres on the east side of the Expressway all the way to Long Bayou that was going to be an upscale residential nature preserve development.
