Daniel Hua started a restaurant as the youngest restauranteur (19) in the Pensacola Area and earned VIP's Best In Pensacola New
Restaurant during his first year. Daniel ran his local breakfast restaurant for 5 years before selling it to pursue commercial real estate full-time. Daniel decided to pursue commercial real estate because of his desire to help several other entrepreneurs and individuals find solid commercial properties best suited for their business or investing strategy.

Daniel has a heavy family background in real estate asset management ranging from several commercial and residential properties as well as commercial sales and leasing.

Daniel strives to bring a modern sales approach to commercial real estate by offering the value of providing necessary information to clients to help them make informed money-making decisions. Daniel also works with development firms and some major retail tenants as well as helps consult on local business clients. He has a desire to serve his clients to the best of his ability many times going above and beyond the job to provide best-in-class value and service.

He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Pensacola Association of Realtors (PAR), and Baldwin Association of Realtors (BAR).
