As a well-known, respected local native Pensacola businessman, Daniel A. “Danny” Zimmern, has had many notable contributions to Pensacola and the surrounding communities, favorably impacting the lives of many fellow Escambia and Santa Rosa County residents. As an honorable member of the National Association of Realtors, and The Florida Association of Realtors, Danny has been using his broker’s license to provide his best professional commercial Real Estate investment guidance to his clients along Florida’s Panhandle since he was first licensed in 1996. Danny’s involvement in many large-scale developments have taken dedication and perseverance ultimately changing the Downtown Pensacola landscape.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
His role as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, began in the 1990’s when he joined Jim Scoggins III in his Real Estate Company Scoggins Real Estate. The Scoggins family, deep-seeded within the Pensacola, Florida community, began their boutique Commercial Real Estate brokerage over 30 years ago. Scoggins III began and continues as a firm built on honest, high integrity relationships. Danny’s Commercial Real Estate success in his early years, made it a natural transition for Danny, upon Scoggins retirement, to assume the leadership role of the firm. Danny Zimmern, Owner/Broker of Scoggins III, Inc., places his focus on relationships in the community, since 2001, Danny has been the exclusive representative for the Escambia County School Board, and he added the Santa Rosa County School Board in 2016.

In his role as a mentor and recruitment champion with Keller Williams Commercial, it is Danny’s goal to build the best group of Commercial Real Estate professionals who can lift one another to a higher level of success for them and their clients, making sure he and the team can help people find the best solution for their businesses or investments to thrive and succeed.

During the height of the Gulf Coast resort / residential investment Real Estate market, Danny was a party to over 300 transactions involving investment condominiums and multiple subdivisions, multi-family, and condominium developments.
