Prior to Commercial Real Estate he was Principal Consultant at his firm JJL Enterprises LLC a business, operations, energy strategy consulting company. He has held Vice President, Director, Global and National Accounts, management and sales positions for Fortune 500, utilities, and startup CleanTech and disruptive technology companies.
He was a Leadership Council Member that took an energy technology startup to an initial public offering (IPO) with a market cap >$850M. In addition, Joe started the company’s first field operations business unit and went on to build a >$60M professional services division to support energy technology programs for utilities across the United States.
Joe is active in the Pensacola Association of REALTORS® (PAR) and a member of the Board of Directors, Member of the REALTOR® Commercial Alliance (RCA), Governmental Affairs and Professional Development Committees.
