My name is Jessica Duncan and it’s important that you understand who I am and what makes me
unique in this market. I am a native of Pensacola and have been married for over 16 years to my
husband Mike. I followed my heart into Real Estate in 2014. However, my passion for Real Estate
began when I purchased my first home at 19 years old. While obtaining a degree in marketing and
finance at the University of West Florida, I took every Real Estate course offered. After spending 12
years in the corporate arena as a marketing strategist, I decided to turn my passion into my career.
