Amber is currently an Associate Broker for Vallas Realty, Inc. in Alabama, and the Qualifying Broker for VRI in Florida. She joined the company at its inception in 2009. Amber’s current focus and responsibilities include the leasing of listed shopping centers, as well as tenant representation. Her current portfolio of listed shopping centers stretches from Semmes in west Mobile County, to several centers in Mobile, Saraland, Theodore, Orange Beach, and Gulf Breeze, Florida. Amber represents over 415,000 square feet of retail space.

Amber began her real estate career in 2001 with Saad & Vallas Realty Group, the then-market leader in commercial real estate and development with proven track record throughout the Southeast. Amber pursued her Alabama Salesperson’s license in 2003, and obtained her Alabama Broker’s license in 2007. After moving to Vallas Realty upon its opening in 2009, she obtained her Florida Broker’s license in 2013.

Representative Transactions:
Rouses Markets – Landlord representation of a 41,000 SF former Winn Dixie in Orange Beach, Alabama. Ten year initial term with four 5-year options at a total rent for the initial term of $2,058,600 in 2018.
Midtown Mobile – Landlord representation of a new Publix development in Mobile, Alabama of 23,053 SF of small shop space. Tenants secured include Taco Mama, Rock N Roll Sushi, The Simple Greek etc. Center was 93% leased upon Publix Grand Opening in 2018.
Tiger Point Pavilion – Landlord representation of a new Publix center in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Approximately 19,000 SF of small shop space. Tenants secured include Aspen Dental, AT&T, Rock N Roll Sushi, Dickey’s BBQ, etc. Center was 97% leased upon Publix Grand Opening in 2017.
Ferguson Fire & Fabrication - Seller representation of a $938,000 sale of a ±40,000 SF industrial building on ±2.5 acres in Theodore, AL in 2015.

Education and Affiliations
Amber studied English and Communications at the University of South Alabama. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, Mobile Area Board of Realtors, and the Mobile Chamber of Commerce.
