Since that time, he has handled transactions involving raw land, developed lots, agricultural land, industrial warehouses, industrial land, office space, retail space, mobile home parks, utility easements and property management. Clients represented include, retirement plans, financial institutions, start up franchisees, nursing homes, private equity funds and numerous individual property owners.
