An expansive background in marketing and research, Coker utilizes her established skills to produce the highest quality of marketing materials for all her exclusive sales and lease listings, and excels in providing her clients thoroughly-researched site selections in lucid packages.

Coker has established proven methods of successful site selections across the country for various clients by using a combination of new technology, online systems and researching, traveling and good old-fashioned phone dialing. She has no problem bird-dogging ownerships if it means the difference of finding her client a preferred site.

Ensuing her graduation as magna cum laude from the University of Alabama, she joined NAI Mobile in 2014 as a commercially-green agent and the only female in a flock of highly-skilled & experienced men.

“I took a risk making the transition from residential real estate to the male-dominated commercial industry, in a location of that I was unfamiliar, and with a group of all men, some twice my age,” said Coker. “Best decision I’ve ever made. The men at NAI have shaped me into a confident, extremely hard-working commercial real estate agent.”

Subsequently joining the NAI family, Coker created and implemented the company’s entire marketing department, including designing marketing materials for every listing that flowed through the company, establishing a respected brand in the community, and assisting on innumerable pitches and presentations. In pursuit of expanding her brokerage career, she has since trained a replacement marketing director so she may focus all her attention to her own clients and projects.

Coker is a licensed drone pilot, on path to earning her CCIM designation and a member of the Commercial Exchange Club of Mobile. She is an advocate for women & peer empowerment and has spoken in various public forums, including the NAI Global Women’s Alliance panel and the Downtown Mobile Alliance Annual Luncheon. She holds various volunteer positions at any given time; and she and her husband are currently enjoying their second year as fourth-grade Sunday School teachers at their local church. Coker is a hobbyist photographer, social media influencer, craft beer enthusiast, graphic designer and avid outdoors runner.
