Rob Brooks Realty is a full service real estate company specializing in listings, sales, and property management along the Emerald Coast. With offices in Gulf Breeze, Florida and Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Rob meets needs all along the Panhandle. Rob Brooks obtained his real estate license in 1994 and started his real estate career immediately after graduating from Auburn. He worked as a sales person for the broker, George Lee, at Realty One Services. After 6 years, he was asked to manage the 14 member Destin sales office of ERA American Realty. For the next 3 years, the office underwent a dramatic improvement in sales and profit under Rob's leadership and God's grace. Later, he was asked to manage the 25 person office of ERA Old South Properties in Pensacola. Rob opened Rob Brooks Realty in 2008 with humble beginnings. The business has seen steady growth almost every month since its inception. The office expanded to 4 people with 2 locations at the start of 2012 and continued to grow. Brenda Follis-Lengyel, known for her marketing savvy, is a real estate veteran of about 20 years. Suzanne Clarke is a Fort Walton native and has been listing and selling real estate for about 10 years. Julia Holmes has been practicing for 10 years in partnership with one of Real Estate's local legends, Bill Gann. It's rare to find an individual with the compassion and people skills of Laura Gerard, who has been connecting people with real estate for 15 years. Rob Brooks Realty has a combined 65 years of experience in the real estate industry.
