Mr. Wu began his Real Estate career after moving back to Pensacola, after two years as an engineer for Schlumberger Wireline Engineering. He graduated in 1990 from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA with a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. He also was a Junior Engineer as a Co-op Student with General Motors Inc. in Troy, Michigan in his Sophomore, Junior, and Senior years in college.
Mr. Wu worked for Odom Realty specializing in Residential Real Estate for many years before deciding to devote more time to commercial real estate.
Since that time, Mr. Wu has worked with several companies specializing in Commercial & Residential real estate, Foreclosure & Shortsales, and Business Development..
Mr. Wu has a Brokers License in the State of Florida and is also licensed in Alabama. He is currently attending classes to achieve his CCIM designation and ALC Designation.
Since 2014 - 2018 , Mr. Wu had been working with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT . In mid-2018, Mr. Wu decided to open up his own real estate firm in downtown Pensacola. He will concentrate on commercial sales and leases and development.
