Terry G. Hoffman, MAI was awarded the MAI designation in November 1992. He has been appraising since 1972 starting his real estate career in 1970 after graduating from UWF. He and Ronald E. Swaine, MAI started Swaine Hoffman & Associates January 1974 closing that partnership in 1998 starting Hoffman & Associates, P.A. The firm specializes in commercial appraisals including vacant land, industrial and retail properties, acreage and development projects in the South Alabama and Northwest Florida area. We accept assignments from banks, mortgage companies, commercial lenders, brokers, attorneys and those needing professional real estate valuation services in a timely manner and a fair cost.
