In August, 2010 Charter Landing purchased 89 units at The Wharf/ Levin's Bend Condominiums, all of which were sold and closed in 5 weeks. They also negotiated the purchase on all of The Wharf retail from JP Morgan/Chase and additionally negotiated the sale of The Wharf amphitheater, marina and all vacant land from Regions Bank to the current owner.
