Theo D. Baars, III

Mr. Baars has over 45 years of experience in the Real Estate arena. Mr. Baars personal real estate experience covers a wide spectrum that includes development and construction of residential properties and subdivisions. Mr. Baars has worked in the sale, leasing and property management of commercial and residential properties. Mr. Baars has worked with individual owners, business owners and officers of regional and national corporations. Mr. Baars has spent most of his career working in a family owned real estate agency involved in the management of the business and training sales people.

Mr. Baars received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Mr. Baars has through out his career been involved in professional, community and civic organizations. He is a Past President of the Pensacola Association of Realtors®, 1996. He has served on and chaired numerous committees at the Pensacola Association. He was recognized as the, Realtor® of the Year in 2007.
