Dan began in the real estate industry in 1990 as a mortgage professional. He later returned to the industry as a real estate marketing specialist in 2000.
After obtaining his Broker's licenses in Florida and Alabama, Dan opened CENTURY 21 AmeriSouth Realty as a startup in 2004.
Beginning with one agent, Dan has now grown the company to over 60 real estate professionals with varying degrees of experience and expertise. Dan is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor.
